I'm Joanna, a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser. After working in the Finance industry for almost a decade, I decided to set up my own business, trading under the name of Certitude Wealth. I've been running my business for over 9 years and along the way, I've helped many clients achieve their goals of home ownership as well as protecting their home and finances should the worst happen to their health.

My office is near Rochester in Kent and I typically serve The Hoo Peninsular (including Cliffe, Cliffe Woods, Hoo), Higham, Rochester, Gravesend and Maidstone.

I specialise in Shared Ownership mortgages but I also provide advice to first-time buyers wanting to get onto the property ladder, next-time buyers looking to upsize or downsize as well clients looking to re-mortgage their existing properties. In addition, I look after property investors purchasing rental properties for future investment returns.

As well as a comprehensive mortgage service, I provide a range of additional advisory services including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection to protect a home, lifestyle or income should the worst happen. Moreover, I offer a referral service for Home Insurance and Wills.
