Joanna Stickings CeMAP DipFA
Principal of Certitude Wealth and Mortgage and Protection Adviser
I am delighted to welcome you to my website and to introduce you to my business. I have enjoyed working in Financial Services for over sixteen years and have build strong working relationships with Housing Associations, lenders but more importantly, my clients over this time.
I provide a full advice and recommendation service to all my clients covering a spectrum of services. These range from first charge residential and buy-to-let mortgages as well as life insurance, critical illness cover (CIC), income protection and home insurance.
I enjoy work closely with each and every client to put in place suitable provisions so future goals can be achieved; whether this is to purchase a first home, a property for future investment returns, re-mortgaging as a current fixed rate is ending or putting in place an insurance policy to protect their family and home should the worst happen.
As well as the initial recommendation, it is equally important to make sure that any existing arrangements continue to meet current needs, requirements and budgets. This is why I provide a complimentary review service, which is available to new and existing clients and covers arrangements such as a mortgage, life insurance policies or home insurance. My review service starts with a full fact find that will enable me to estalish current and future needs. I can then review these against any existing arrangements to assess suitability. After the fact find has been completed, if it is clear that current arrangements afe no longer suitable (depending on the arrangement type) this could be amended or something new can be implemented as a more appropriate alternative.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as going to the gym, cooking, sailing, skiing and walking my two Westies, Scamps and Merlin.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
